How to start a marketing campaign with AI: the real case of the Paulo e Estevao Radionovela
This is the first post in a series where I document, in real time, the complete construction of a marketing campaign using AI agents. This is not theory. It is a real project, with a real client, a defined launch date, and real challenges.
The series is being recorded on YouTube. What you read here is the written record of what is happening behind the scenes.
The real project: Paulo e Estevao radionovela
The project is the production of a radionovela based on the book Paulo e Estevao by Chico Xavier (psychographed from Spirit Emmanuel). Published in 1941 by the FEB, the book has sold over 750,000 copies and narrates the period from 34 AD to 64 AD, following the conversion journey of Saul of Tarsus and the martyr Stephen.
Production details:
- Approximately 70 episodes
- Released 2 to 3 episodes per week
- Pre-launch planned for September 2026
- Official launch target: October 3, 2026 (Allan Kardec's 222nd birthday)
- Producer: Rubinho Moraes, in partnership with Casa Espirita O Semeador Alphaville
- Rights cleared by FEB
The target audience is the Brazilian Spiritist movement, an expressive and loyal community largely underserved by podcast or radionovela productions. The opportunity is significant. The challenge is building the campaign with zero paid budget in the initial phase, relying on organic reach from the Semeador's channels and the Spiritist community itself.
Where to start a campaign with AI
The first move is not to create content. It is to deeply understand the project before any marketing action.
When I activate the Mako agent (EvoNexus marketing agent), the first thing it does is build a context document: who the client is, what the product is, who the audience is, what the tone of voice is, which channels are available, what the critical dates are, and which questions are still open.
For the Paulo e Estevao radionovela, that document included:
- Full synopsis of the literary work and historical context
- Production profile (episodes, frequency, distribution platforms)
- Mapping of available marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp from Semeador)
- Tone of voice definition: serene, formally accessible, no archaisms, no slang
- SEO and AEO strategy: primary keywords, long-tail, episode title patterns
- Strategic dates: October 3 (Kardec's 222nd anniversary), October 5 (FEB's Golden Pact)
- List of open questions to resolve with the partner
This document is the foundation of everything. No content, post, or email is produced before it is complete. With AI, the time to build this briefing dropped from days to hours.
What agents produced in the first session
In a single working session with EvoNexus, the following were delivered:
- Complete context document with all project information organized and ready to feed any future agent without the need to re-explain anything
- Defined SEO strategy: mapped keywords, title patterns for 70 episodes, Schema.org specifications (PodcastSeries, PodcastEpisode, FAQPage)
- Interactive project hub (HTML) with identity, timeline, base copy and launch checklist, which will serve as the foundation for the radionovela website
- Documented tone of voice with examples of what to use and avoid, ensuring consistency across all agents that produce content
Mako does not act alone. It identifies what requires human approval before any publication. The entire session followed the protocol: the agent produces, I review, I approve. No external content was published without my decision.
This is Agentic Marketing Management in practice: the agent executes operational and strategic work, the human retains control of decisions.
What comes next
In the next episodes of the series, I will document:
- Creating the visual identity with AI agents
- Building the radionovela website from scratch
- Producing the content strategy for 3 months of pre-launch
- Setting up distribution automations (WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Real-time metrics and adjustments
The goal of this series is not to show that AI replaces the marketer. It is to show what a marketer can deliver when they have agents working for them.
