Kommo Announces Price Update and Product Changes for September and October 2026
If you use Kommo CRM, there are two dates on the calendar that require your attention in the coming months. Kommo has officially communicated two updates with firm dates: a subscription price adjustment in September and a round of product improvements in October.
As a certified Kommo partner, we've put together everything you need to know right now so you're not caught off guard.
What changes
Kommo announced two rounds of changes for the second half of 2026. These are planned updates affecting both subscription costs and the features available on each plan.
September 1: subscription price update
Starting September 1, 2026, new pricing will take effect for Kommo subscriptions. The adjustment is official and applies to all plans: Base, Advanced, and Pro.
Exact values are still pending official communication from Kommo. As soon as we have the numbers, we'll publish them here and notify our base directly.
What we know so far:
- The adjustment applies from the next renewal after September 1
- Annual subscriptions may have different conditions than monthly ones
- Renewing before the date could be a valid strategy, depending on the adjustment percentage
October 1: product updates and improvements
In October, Kommo launches a set of new features and product improvements. While the full details are still forthcoming, this type of update typically includes:
- New features by plan tier
- Adjustments to limits (leads, channels, users)
- Interface and automation improvements
- Possible additions to Pro or Enterprise plans
What stays the same
- Your contacts, pipelines, and deals remain intact
- Existing automations and integrations keep working normally
- Already-connected WhatsApp and Instagram channels are not affected
- Conversation history remains accessible
What to do now
1. Review your current plan. Understand how many users, channels, and leads you actually use. The price adjustment is a good opportunity to align your plan with your business reality.
2. Evaluate renewal timing. Depending on the adjustment percentage, it may make sense to renew before September.
3. Stay tuned. The next few weeks will be key to understanding the real impact of these changes. Contact us to be notified directly.
